Glenda Gracia, a graduate of Temple Law School and former CBS Television Network executive, has guided the careers of many, including hip hop activist and writer, Sister Souljah, writer and director, Dianne Houston, jazz instrumentalist, Najee, and the late Phyllis Hyman, whose estate she continues to manage. Glenda’s expertise in brand strategy and execution is unparalleled.
Suzanne Koga has 25 years of experience in artist management, concert production, contract negotiation, marketing and public relations (Roberta Flack, Hiroshima and various emerging artists). Additionally, Koga has 17 years experience in music production, national sales and Internet security (Sony eMarker, NYNO Records). Equipped with an MBA (Columbia Business School focus: Entrepreneurial Marketing), she is a co-creator of Youth Movement Record’s Artist Development Award with NARAS-SF 2007. She co-production managed “In the Spirit of Giving – A Benefit for Angie Bofill” at Grace Cathedral in 2007 (San Francisco). She is a co-Founder and Director: The Roberta Flack School of Music (Bronx, NY). Lastly, Koga had on going, pro-bono consulting work for various New Orleans artists affected by Hurricane Katrina.
Joan Martin brings the finances into alignment. Her twenty-years’ attention in the music business with Roberta Flack, several Latin Jazz artists, Relapse Records (metal), Reggie Calloway (Calloway Brothers), and Narada Michael Walden (Tarpan Studios) helps round out her version of the music business. Her Columbia University MBA gives a foundation and understanding to the meaning behind the numbers.
